I am the course coordinator for CIS105, Survey of Computer Information System -- an introductory computer class that includes both computer literacy and using Office 2007 to learn word processing (Word), spreadsheets (Excel), presentation graphics (PowerPoint), and databases (Access). We will also be doing a small amount of programming with Visual Basic 6.0, and we create a 3 page Web site. This is a prerequisite course for many other courses and it transfers to most universities.
